Rock chips
Stone and road debris that chip and crack your finish.

Authorized dealer
CERTIFIED LLumar SELECTPRO DEALER
Invisible armor for your paint. Self-healing LLumar Valor PPF with a built-in ceramic topcoat, installed with precision in Osceola, Indiana.

LLumar Valor
LLumar doesn't sell Valor to every dealer that asks. It goes to vetted shops, and we're one of them.
The film isn't standard either. Valor's topcoat uses Tetrashield™, Eastman's own patented cross-linked resin system rather than the elastomeric topcoat most films rely on. Eastman rates it at up to 25% more stain and environmental resistance than other top brands.
The only film we've carried since 2012, and the only one that goes on a customer's car.
Valor figures: Eastman and LLumar. Warranty: certain restrictions apply, ask us for details.

The threat is constant
Road debris, rock chips, bug acids, UV and winter brine degrade your finish from the day you drive it home. Paint protection film is the barrier that stops the damage before it reaches your paint.
Stone and road debris that chip and crack your finish.
Acidic residue and road brine that etch into clear coat.
Micro-scratches from washing that rob your paint of gloss.
Sun exposure that oxidizes and dulls your paint over time.
"Protection first, perfection second, but the cars in front of me require both." Brad Rhodes, owner

Package 03
Every painted surface protected. Total coverage, nothing exposed. For collector cars and anything you intend to keep.
Starting at $7,500
What's included:
Need less than a package? Single areas cost less. A front bumper on its own starts at $800, our lowest price.
Ask about mileage discounts on Full Front and Daily Defender. Full Vehicle saves up to $1,000 vs. building it à la carte. Every package includes a decon wash, clay bar and surface prep.
Not sure which package fits your vehicle? Bring it in. The inspection is free, takes about twenty minutes, and you'll leave knowing exactly which panels are worth covering on your car.
New vehicle special
Book a Full Front LLumar Valor paint protection film package on a new vehicle with under 1,000 miles, and the Labocosmetica ceramic coating comes in at half price. Protect the paint before the first rock chip, not after it.
Limited install slots each month. The coating discount applies when the Labocosmetica system is installed alongside the film. Final pricing depends on vehicle size and is confirmed at your free inspection.
The Auto Obsessions standard
Most shops build a package around a price, then strip out panels to hit it. We build ours around the car. The coverage others bill à la carte comes standard with every package we install.
01
A-pillars, sills, trim and rear impact zones come standard. Bumper trim and accent pieces are included in any bumper install.
02
Film carried past the face of the panel, not stopped at it. Most shops charge extra for this or call it an upgrade. Here it's the only way we do it.
03
Leftover space in the nest is yours. Any usable piece left over goes on your car, not in the bin, extra coverage you didn't pay for.
04
LLumar Valor on every package. Brad has installed LLumar since 2012 and has never carried another film brand. Here it's always LLumar.
The install process
Most of the work happens before the film ever touches the car. Here's every stage, the way we do it on every vehicle.
Every build starts with a full Labocosmetica decontamination (Primus, Purifica and Neve), stripping the paint of contaminants most shops wash right over.
We inspect every panel under proper lighting and correct minor imperfections, confirming the surface is ready before any film goes down.
Patterns are digitally cut in-house with Eastman CORE software. No knives on your paint, exact fitment for your vehicle, customized from experience for better coverage.
Film is applied in a clean, well-lit bay. Every edge is rolled and allowed to fully cure before you drive away, which prevents early lifting.
Every edge is checked and sealed with a ceramic-safe Labocosmetica finish (Cupìdo / Vèritas). You leave with protection that looks factory or better.
Ask the pros
Written out plainly, including the answers that cost us work. If yours isn't here, call. We'd rather talk it through than have you guess.
Full Front starts at $2,799, Daily Defender at $3,799, and Full Vehicle at $7,500. Smaller jobs cost less: a front bumper on its own starts at $800. Those are starting points, not final numbers.
Vehicle size changes material cost and paint condition changes labour, so we confirm the price after looking at the car. The inspection is free and takes about twenty minutes.
Paint protection film is a multi-day job. Every edge is rolled and the film is given time to cure properly before you drive away. Rushing that step is the single most common reason cheaper installs fail early.
You'll get a realistic window when we quote, and we'll tell you if it changes. We'd rather have your vehicle an extra day than hand back work that lifts in a year.
Not from any normal distance. Valor is optically clear with no orange-peel haze, and we wrap edges past the face of the panel rather than stopping at it, so there's no visible line where the film ends.
Get close under the right light and look hard, and you can find a seam. That's true of every install on earth. The difference is how hard you have to look.
No, and we won't do it. Valor already has a ceramic-style topcoat built in, and putting a coating over new film hinders the self-healing layer you paid for.
Coating has its place on bare paint, glass and wheels. On fresh film it's an upsell that makes the product work worse.
LLumar Valor carries a 12-year manufacturer's limited warranty covering defects like yellowing, cracking and delamination. It's registered in your name rather than the shop's, so it follows the vehicle.
Our own installation warranty covers workmanship: lifting edges, contamination under the film, install defects.
It comes down to how you drive it. Highway miles means the front end takes nearly all the damage, so Full Front covers where the money goes.
If it's a collector car, something you intend to keep, or a color that's expensive to refinish, full coverage is the one that pays off. Bring it in and we'll tell you honestly which one your car actually needs.
Yes, when it's removed properly. Controlled heat softens the adhesive and the film comes off cleanly, leaving factory paint underneath, which is usually in better condition than the panels that were never covered.
Don't pull it off yourself. Cold film and a hard yank is how clear coat comes with it. Bring it to us or to another professional.
For light scratches and swirls, yes. The urethane layer reflows with heat, so most of them disappear in direct sun on a warm day. If you're impatient, warm water over the panel does it in a few minutes.
What it won't do is heal a scratch that went through the film. That's what the warranty and a replacement panel are for.
Probably not. Film is optically clear and sits tight to the surface, so it hides a good deal of light swirling and dullness on its own. Older paint often looks dramatically better with film over it.
What it won't hide is deep scratching, chips already in the paint, or clear coat that's failing, and it will lock those in permanently. Twenty minutes with the car under proper lighting tells us which category yours is in.
Call us first. Don't take it somewhere else and don't try to fix it yourself. Either can void your coverage.
Bring the vehicle in, we'll look at it in person, and if it's a manufacturer defect we handle the claim paperwork with LLumar on your behalf. That's part of what being a SelectPro dealer is for.
Yes.
Yes. We recommend frequent washing. We would prefer handwashing, but understand the need for a clean vehicle. Most car washes use pretty harsh chemicals, especially the shorter they are, that can diminish the film's properties. Any soft touch car wash will usually leave light scratching on the car and film, which will bake out in the sun in 20 to 30 minutes.
One major drawback is in areas where panels can't be wrapped: the high pressure can lift the film, which is not covered under warranty. If you plan on going through frequent car washes, we highly recommend a full vehicle wrap to protect your vehicle's paint to the fullest.
